Satisfaction Guarantee & Return Policy

Our pecans, candies, and gift products are shipped with a satisfaction guarantee.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, please contact Tanner’s Pecans & Candies within 14 days of delivery. We will work with you to provide an appropriate replacement or refund.

If a physical return is required, we will provide return instructions. Please do not return food products without contacting us first.

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or with a product-quality issue, please contact us as soon as possible and include your order number and, when applicable, photographs of the product and shipping packaging.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original form of payment. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the issue resulted from an error by Tanner’s or damage in transit.
